Our Commitment
Since 2019, Donis Investment Group has acquired over $21 million in multifamily assets through tax-advantaged real estate investments. Today, we focus exclusively on North and South Carolina (our home markets) allowing us to remain deeply local, hands-on, and operationally involved at every stage of ownership.

We are a principal-led, owner-operator firm. Unlike many sponsors who outsource critical functions, we manage properties and construction in-house, giving us direct control over execution, cost discipline, and resident experience. This vertical integration strengthens underwriting accuracy, improves operating efficiency, and allows us to protect capital while pursuing durable, risk-adjusted returns.

Jeffrey, Kenneth, and Kerwin Donis are real estate investors and syndicators. As former single family investors, the Donis brothers built a portfolio of cash-flowing rentals and a six-figure business.
Their goal is to empower others to achieve their financial goals through apartment investing. The Donis Brother’s passion for helping people began at an early age, and has bonded them as brothers and business partners.
The Donis Brothers are also the hosts of the Real Estate Monopoly Podcast, a show where they interview investors who are dominating the real estate industry.

Dugan Kelley

Dugan P. Kelley is the co-founder of Kelley Clarke, PLLC. Their mission is to provide large firm service and experience to their clients. Mr. Kelley works with clients across the United States, with primary offices in Prosper, Texas and Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Kelley is the chair of the firm’s real estate practice group, helping clients in every stage of multifamily, commercial, and residential acquisitions and sales. Mr. Kelley’s real estate background includes transactional services such as commercial loan closings, real estate private equity capital raises, commercial leasing, and business acquisitions for multi-family syndicators, investors, and developers.
